Bergen Court Rules Stop of Oceanteam’s Public Investigation

With reference to the resolution of the annual general meeting of Oceanteam ASA (“Oceanteam “ or “Company”) held on 23 May 2019 to file a petition for stopping the ongoing public investigation of certain transactions between the Company and its management, the Bergen District Court has ruled today that the public investigation shall stop and the report of the investigator is to be submitted to the court in accordance with the rules of section 5-28 of the Public Limited Liability Companies Act.

Shareholders shall be informed of any further steps as soon as information becomes available.
