OCEANTEAM ASA - DIEDERIK LEGGER APPOINTED AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

As per 31 July 2017, Mr. D. (Diederik) Legger (1969) has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Oceanteam ("the Company"), the Norwegian-Dutch offshore service provider listed on the Oslo stock exchange.
Diederik Legger is a versed and practiced maritime professional. He has over 22 years of experience as a manager and consultant in the international shipping and offshore industry. He excels in Internal Organization, Restructuring and Recovery, Ship Finance, cross border M&A and Business Developments.
Trained in Economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, he specialized in transport and logistics. His research into the container shipping industry, led him to work for various shipping banks in the Netherlands and abroad.
Later on he worked on the ''owner side'' in shipping companies such as the stock-listed Star Reefers and Orient Shipping Rotterdam. Diederik was one of the founding fathers (and CEO) of Rolldock; the Dutch heavy lift shipping company.
