Oceanteam moves into new office in Amsterdam
As of April third, Oceanteam will move into a new office in Amsterdam. The new office is located at Westerdoksdijk, an A-location in the city centre, close to Amsterdam Central Train Station. At the same time, Oceanteam Solutions (OTS) will move into a larger building on their own base in Velsen-Noord. Both relocations will give Oceanteam room for future growth.
The relocation of Oceanteam’s employees into a new office in Amsterdam is part of the cost reduction program.. The company is bringing overhead costs in line with current market circumstances. Oceanteam’s new office is located in a more efficient building, next to the IJ lake, and is very easy accessible by public transport and by car (A10).
Room for serious ambitions
Oceanteam Solutions, on the other hand, will use the new building in Velsen primarily to facilitate growth. Over the past years, the company has been growing continuously and it was literally bursting at the seams. The new office facilitates OTS to accommodate more employees and to meet clients. Lex van Doorn, Managing Director at OTS, says: “Over the last couple of years OTS has evolved from a equipment rental company into a full service solutions provider. As a result we need considerably more office space. We are glad that our new facility gives us room for our current projects and to achieve our ambitions.”
